Pick-up Day * Choose your pickup date.

Pick-up Time * Choose your pick-up time window. Please do not come early to pick-up.

Please make a note of your pick-up day and time before you press submit. The address for pick-up is 1210 Claremont Ave, Florence, SC. I may not have time to send a reminder so please keep track of this information. This is contactless pick-up. All flowers will be labeled and placed in coolers on my FRONT porch. If you miss your pick-up window, please come on the SAME day before 7:00 pm. Saturdays or any other dates not listed on this form are not options for pick-up. Your flowers will still be fresh and beautiful if you pick-up on Thursday and they are worn on Saturday. Thanks for understanding!

Terms

*I agree to the following terms: There is NO OPTION TO PICK UP ON SATURDAY. If I fail to pick-up, I will not receive a refund or credit. I understand that flowers are a living, natural product. I will carefully inspect my order at pickup. If I choose to take the product with me, I am agreeing that the product is in acceptable condition and I am therefore accepting the responsibility to care for the flowers. No changes or cancellations without 2 weeks notice before pickup.
