Molly Lee is a wife, mom to three young adults, licensed South Carolina attorney, and the founder of Queen Bee Floral Design. After years of practicing law, she followed a lifelong passion and launched her floral design business in the fall of 2022. What began as a side project—creating garden-grown arrangements in her kitchen and selling them on social media—quickly blossomed into something much more.
Today, Queen Bee Floral Design offers custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday gifting, using premium blooms sourced from around the world. Molly is personally involved in every part of the process, from initial client consultations to final installations, treating each arrangement with the same care and attention she would in her own home.
In addition to running Queen Bee, Molly freelances with top floral design firms that produce luxury events throughout the Southeast—a role that has refined her technical skills and pushed her creativity in all the best ways. She also teaches floral design classes and gives community presentations on topics including floral design principles and rose gardening. Whether the project is big or small, Molly brings elevated design, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service to every client she works with.
Our Team
Queen Bee Floral Design Team is made up of experienced, passionate designers who bring creativity, precision, and heart to every arrangement. With a deep understanding of color, texture, and seasonality, we specialize in creating floral pieces that feel both artful and intentional. Whether crafting a single wrapped bouquet or designing flowers for an entire memorial or event, our team approaches each project with care, skill, and attention to detail. We take pride in our work and in the trust our clients place in us to create something meaningful. We are fortunate to have team members living in both the Pee Dee and Charleston areas. Our team travels around South and North Carolina for event design. When requested, we have an experienced event planner that works hand and hand with us and our clients to plan their dream event.


Our Location
Queen Bee Floral Design operates primarily out of the owner’s two home-based studios: one in Florence, South Carolina, and the other on Seabrook Island, South Carolina. While we do not maintain a traditional retail storefront, we do offer porch pick-ups by appointment at our Florence location, 1210 Claremont Avenue—conveniently situated near Cherokee Road in the heart of town. This home-studio model allows us to keep overhead low, remain flexible, and focus on creating high-quality, custom floral designs for every client.
