How to Order
Most of our designs can be conveniently ordered right here on our website or by contacting us at (843) 269-4649. If you can't find what you’re looking for, please feel free to call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. We kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance of pickup or delivery. Please note that we do not monitor voicemail, private messages or email for orders.
When to Order
All online orders must placed at least 24 hours in advance for delivery. If you require same-day delivery, feel free to text us to inquire, and we will do our best to accommodate based on our schedule, though same-day service is not guaranteed. For large events and weddings, especially, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, with some clients reserving up to one or two years ahead.
Our Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time your order is placed. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Personal checks and cash are ONLY accepted for wedding and event clients and must be made subject to the terms of your contract.
Deliveries
We offer gift delivery Monday through Friday. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we generally complete deliveries between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. We do not deliver on weekends unless a date has been previously reserved for an event and blocked off in our online ordering system. Bows and handtied bouquets are pick-up only.
We deliver gift arrangements within Florence, South Carolina only. We do not offer delivery to Darlington, Timmonsville, Marion, or surrounding areas. There is a flat $10 delivery fee per delivery location for gifts. (not applicable for events). This fee may be increased on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
For business deliveries, arrangements are typically left with the receptionist. For residential deliveries, we will ring the front doorbell once. If no one answers, the arrangement will be left in a shaded location near the front door. A photo of where the gift has been left will be texted to the sender. We encourage senders to notify their recipient that a delivery has arrived.

Bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and holiday table arrangements are not eligible for delivery and must be picked up by appointment.

Deliveries for weddings and events are excluded from this policy and will be calculated based on the labor and time needed for instillation.
Front Porch Pick-up
Front porch pick-up is available by appointment, Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm. The pickup address is 1210 Claremont Avenue. Please note that this is a private residence, not a retail storefront. Pick-up times must be coordinated in advance.

Returns and Refund Policy
At Queen Bee Floral Design, we take pride in exceptional quality in every floral arrangement. Our skilled team carefully wholesale flowers known for their longevity and processes each stem using professional techniques to maintain their beauty. We document every arrangement with a photograph before it leaves our studio. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within two hours of delivery and return the arrangement to our location for consideration of a partial refund.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours written notice to our studio. Contact us by text at 843-269-4639. If you place an order less than 48 hours before requested delivery or pick-up, the order is final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

Orders that are not picked up by 5:00 pm on the day pick-up is scheduled will not be refunded. We ask that you pick-up within an hour of your scheduled time. Flowers are sensitive to heat and sun. We cannot take responsibility for any flowers left waiting on our front porch longer than one hour. If you need to reschedule your pick-up to a later time, please contact us and we will bring it inside until you can arrive.
